Order Processing

Every order is made to order, and most ship out within 2–3 business days. We keep things moving, but timing can shift depending on production flow and carrier pickups. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $75 within the continental U.S. ship free. Everything else is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and current carrier rates. We usually ship through USPS, but we’ll use other carriers when it makes more sense.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the EU. International rates appear at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. They can vary quite a bit, so checking with your local postal service is never a bad idea.

Partial Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately. We handle this case by case, always choosing the option that gets your pieces to you with the least friction.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If something goes missing or arrives in rough shape, reach out. Contact us and we’ll help resolve it. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we’ll still do what we can, though carrier policies may determine the outcome.
